Morning peaks on the practice line
As soon as the practice opens, everyone calls at once. The line is busy, patients try again and again, and reception juggles the phone with people at the desk.
For doctor's, dental, veterinary and therapy practices. The assistant takes appointment requests, answers questions about hours and appointment types, points emergencies to the right number and hands everything to your team.

Reception has to look after the patients in front of them and the ones on the line at the same time. Something always waits, and often it is the phone.
As soon as the practice opens, everyone calls at once. The line is busy, patients try again and again, and reception juggles the phone with people at the desk.
Opening hours, what to bring, whether you take new patients, which appointment types exist: questions that don't need your team, yet keep the line busy.
Outside opening hours callers hear a recording or nothing. Appointment wishes wait until the next morning, and urgent callers need clear directions right away.
One template for doctors, dentists, vets and therapists, built to ask for as little health information as possible and to leave anything clinical to your team.
Records who the appointment is for, the reason in a few words and the days that suit, reads the number back, and your team calls back to confirm a time.
Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Bookings, Calendly or a custom calendar API, and it books, moves and cancels appointments directly.
Anyone describing a life-threatening situation is told to call 112. Other urgent cases get your practice's emergency number or the emergency service.
Answers from your own list of appointment types and services, your opening hours and what to bring, and tells callers whether you take new patients.
Depending on your setting, it takes a repeat prescription request as a message, points to your website or app, or explains it can't be done by phone.
Understands and answers in German, English, French and Italian, so patients who are more at ease in another language can still explain what they need.
From the greeting with an emergency note to a request your reception can confirm in one callback.
It introduces itself as the practice's automated assistant, reminds callers to contact the emergency service in an emergency and asks how it can help.
If a person's life is in danger, the caller is told to call 112 right away. Other emergencies get your recorded emergency number or the emergency service.
Who the appointment is for, the reason in a few words, the days that suit, name and number. No detailed symptoms, no insurance numbers, no medical history.
The request lands in the NAIRON dashboard with transcript and summary. Your team calls back at a time that suits, or the connected calendar has already booked.
Every call ends with the details your team needs – and the assistant never goes beyond what you have set up.
Only what an appointment request needs, so your team can call back once and confirm, without collecting more health data than necessary.

Health data is sensitive and callers may be worried. The assistant stays strictly administrative and leaves every clinical question to your team.
Start from a template built for your industry and make it yours step by step.
The “Medical practices” template comes with the intake questions, guardrails and greeting already written.

Connects with
Yes, once you connect a calendar: Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 Calendar, Microsoft Bookings, Calendly or a custom calendar API. It can then book, move and cancel appointments and only says an appointment is booked when the calendar confirmed it. Without a connected calendar it takes a request with who it is for, the reason and the days that suit, and your team calls back to confirm.
Every call starts with a short emergency note. If a caller describes a situation where a person's life is in danger, the assistant tells them to call 112 immediately and ends there. For other urgent cases it gives your practice's recorded emergency or out-of-hours number, or tells the caller to contact the emergency service straight away.
No. It never gives medical or veterinary advice, a diagnosis or a view on medication, and it never shares test results, prescriptions or information about a patient. It asks for the reason of a visit in a few words only, so the right appointment can be arranged, and anything clinical goes to your team.
The assistant asks only for what an appointment request needs, never for detailed symptoms, insurance numbers or medical history. Transcripts, summaries and collected details appear in your NAIRON dashboard. EU or Swiss data locality options are available. Because health data is a special category, we recommend reviewing the setup with your data protection officer.
Yes. The template is made for doctor's, dental, veterinary and therapy practices such as physiotherapy. Nothing assumes the patient is a person, so it works at a vet too. You add your own appointment types, opening hours and emergency guidance, choose how repeat prescriptions are handled, and forward your existing number.
Start with the practice template, add your appointment types, hours and emergency guidance, and let the assistant take the routine calls from day one.
