Why event teams drown in calls

Before a premiere or a sold-out weekend, the phone never stops. Most calls repeat what is on your website, yet each caller deserves a friendly answer.

01

Peak demand, thin staffing

Calls spike when a show is announced or the weather turns, exactly when the box office and front of house are busiest with guests on site.

02

The same five questions all day

Start times, prices, concessions, parking and step-free access. Answering them all day keeps your team from the calls that actually bring in revenue.

03

Group bookings slip through

A school wants 40 seats or a company wants a private hire. If that call goes to voicemail, the enquiry and its revenue often end up somewhere else.

What it handles for your venue

Built on a template for venues, organizers, museums and attractions, it answers from your own information and never pretends to see your seating plan.

Ticket prices and concessions

Quotes admission prices, concessions and offers exactly as recorded in your price list, and points callers to your online ticket shop to book.

Program and venue questions

Answers what your information says about the program, opening hours, how to get there, parking and what visitors should know before they arrive.

Accessibility explained clearly

Explains wheelchair access, lifts, accessible toilets and other access needs from your notes, so visitors can plan their visit with confidence.

Groups, schools and private hire

Takes the occasion, the date, the number of people, children's ages and a contact, then says your team will call back with an offer.

Lost property noted

Takes a description of the lost item, when and where it went missing and a phone number, so your team can check and call the visitor back.

Answers in four languages

Understands and answers in German, English, French and Italian, which helps tourists, international guests and visitors from every language region.

From first question to group offer

How a typical group enquiry runs, from the greeting to the moment your team prepares an offer for the date.

  1. 1

    The line is answered

The assistant picks up on your number, says it is automated and asks how it can help, even on a sold-out evening or after the box office has closed.

  2. 2

    Quick questions answered

Prices, opening hours, directions, parking and accessibility come from your information. For tickets, it points to your online shop.

  3. 3

    Group details are taken

For a group, private hire or party, it asks for the occasion, the date, the number of people, ages if children are coming, and a name and number.

  4. 4

    Your team sends an offer

The enquiry lands in the dashboard with a summary and an email notification. Your team checks the date and calls back with an offer.

What it records. Where it stops.

Every call ends with the details your team needs – and the assistant never goes beyond what you have set up.

Recorded on every call

Group and hire enquiries arrive with everything needed to check a date and price an offer, without a round of follow-up questions.

Where it stops

Guests rely on what they hear on the phone. The assistant sticks to your published facts and leaves seats, dates and deals to your team.

  • Never says a seat, slot or room is free or booked.
  • Never quotes a group price or discount you haven't recorded.
  • Never states showtimes or dates that aren't in your information.
  • Points callers to your online ticket shop instead of selling tickets itself.
  • Passes complaints and refund requests to your team as a callback.

Live without an IT project

Start from a template built for your industry and make it yours step by step.

  1. 01

    Start from your industry template

The “Events & tickets” template comes with the intake questions, guardrails and greeting already written.

  2. 02

    Add what only you know

Opening hours, services and prices, FAQs or your website – the assistant answers only from what you give it.

  3. 03

    Forward your calls

Keep your number and forward calls to NAIRON, or get a new one from us. Calls, summaries and requests land in your dashboard.

Contact us

Can the assistant sell tickets over the phone?

No. It doesn't sell tickets or take payments. It answers questions on prices and concessions from your price list and points callers to your online ticket shop. Group bookings, private hire and parties are taken as enquiries, and your team calls back with an offer.

Can it tell callers whether a show is sold out?

It can't see your booking system or seating plan, so it never says a seat, slot or room is free or booked. It answers from the program information you provide and points callers to your online ticket shop, where availability is shown.

How does it handle group and school bookings?

It takes the occasion, the date, the number of people, children's ages and a contact, reads the number back and records a callback. Your team gets a summary in the dashboard and by email and replies with an offer. It never quotes a group price you haven't recorded.

What about complaints or refund requests?

The assistant doesn't decide on complaints or refunds. It listens, records what happened along with the caller's name and number, and passes it on as a callback for your team, with a summary so nobody has to ask the guest to tell the story again.

What do we need to set it up?

Start from the ready-made events template, add your opening hours, offers and admission prices, plus your ticket shop link, group rules and accessibility notes. Then forward your existing number. No long IT project, and the same assistant can answer visitors as a voice widget on your website.
