Hands full, phone ringing
You are under a sink, in a boiler room or up on a roof. The call goes to voicemail, and the customer has already rung someone else by the time you call back.
For plumbing, heating, electrical, solar and heat pump businesses: the AI phone assistant takes the problem, the address and the urgency while you work, and hands each job over as a callback request with full details.

You earn money on site, not at the desk. But the phone keeps ringing, and every missed call is a job that may go to the next company on the list.
You are under a sink, in a boiler room or up on a roof. The call goes to voicemail, and the customer has already rung someone else by the time you call back.
"The heating's broken, call me back" without an address or a clear number. Every job starts with another round of calls just to get the basics.
A burst pipe and a question about solar panels land in the same voicemail. Without a note on urgency, it is hard to see which call has to come first.
Built on a template for plumbing, heating, electrical, solar and heat pump businesses. It asks the questions you would ask and hands over a job you can plan.
Repair or new installation, what the problem is and where exactly, the job address, a name and a number. Address and number are read back to the caller.
Water leaking now, no heating or power, a door that won't lock: it asks, flags urgency in the request and gives out your on-call number if you have set one.
If anyone is in danger, such as a gas smell, smoke or water near electrics, the caller is told to get to safety and call the emergency number 112 first.
For solar, battery storage, heat pumps or charging stations it asks what they want, the type of building, whether they own it and when, then arranges a callback.
A call-out fee or flat rate from your price list is quoted as recorded. The price of a job, a saving or a subsidy amount is never estimated on the phone.
Tells callers whether you cover their town and their kind of job, and politely says so when it is something you do not take on.
A typical call while your team is out, handled the way an experienced office would handle it, and handed back to you ready to plan.
It introduces itself as an automated assistant, explains the team is out on jobs and asks how it can help, so nobody lands on voicemail.
Repair or new installation, the problem and where exactly it is, the job address and when someone is there to let your team in.
It asks whether the job is urgent and notes it in the request. Anyone in danger is sent to 112 first, and urgent jobs out of hours get your on-call number.
The job arrives in the NAIRON dashboard with a summary and transcript, and an email for each callback. You call back to arrange the visit.
Every call ends with the details your team needs – and the assistant never goes beyond what you have set up.
Each job request carries what you need to plan the visit, so the callback is about when you come, not about what is wrong.

When someone can let you in
Your name is on the van. The assistant never commits you to a time or a price, and it never talks a caller into a risky repair.
Start from a template built for your industry and make it yours step by step.
The “Trades & repairs” template comes with the intake questions, guardrails and greeting already written.
Opening hours, services and prices, FAQs or your website – the assistant answers only from what you give it.
Keep your number and forward calls to NAIRON, or get a new one from us. Calls, summaries and requests land in your dashboard.

It asks every caller whether the job is urgent and flags it in the request, so you see at once which callback comes first. If you have set an on-call number, callers with an urgent job that cannot wait get that number. Anyone in danger is told to get to safety and call 112 first. It does not dispatch or route jobs on its own.
By default it arranges a callback, because it cannot see your team's schedule and never promises a date. Once you connect Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Bookings, Calendly or a custom calendar API, it can book site visits directly into the times you make available.
Only prices you have recorded, such as a call-out fee or a flat rate. It never prices a job and never estimates the cost, saving, payback time or subsidy for an installation. Subsidy questions are answered only from what you have recorded, and the caller is told your team will confirm the details.
Yes. For solar panels, battery storage, heat pumps or charging stations it asks what the caller wants installed, the type of building, whether they own it, where it is and roughly when. It then arranges a callback so your team can set up an on-site appointment and a quote.
Start from the ready-made trades and repairs template, describe your trade and service area, and add your rates, what counts as urgent and an on-call number if you have one. Forward your existing number and it answers without a long IT project, in German, English, French and Italian. HubSpot and Pipedrive are supported.
Let the AI phone assistant take down repairs, urgent jobs and installation enquiries, and come back to a list of callbacks with every detail already there.
