Refund Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how payments for Nairon GmbH ("Nairon", "we", "us", or "our") services are handled. It supplements, and forms part of, our Terms of Service.
Our subscriptions and usage-based services are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. The full and binding refund terms are set out in the "Fees, Subscriptions and Refunds" section of our Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions and Usage
Recurring subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and grant access for that period. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the period already paid for, and we do not refund fees already paid for the current or past periods.
Usage-based charges, overage fees, and prepaid credits reflect services already provisioned or consumed and are non-refundable, including any unused balance, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
3. Mandatory Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable mandatory law.
Consumers in the EU/EEA may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Where you are an eligible consumer and expressly ask us to begin providing a digital service during this period, you acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right once performance has started, to the extent permitted by law. Most Nairon services are provided to business customers, for whom this consumer withdrawal right does not apply.
4. Discretionary Refunds
Beyond rights granted by mandatory law, any refund is at our sole discretion and, if granted, does not create an obligation to provide further refunds.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review the matter in good faith.
