You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly notify us of unauthorized account use.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and may be adjusted with advance notice where required.

You retain ownership of your data and grant us the rights needed to provide and support the services.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only for permitted business purposes.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nairon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for claims arising from or related to the services is limited to amounts paid to Nairon for the relevant services during the applicable period.

10. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal requirements, or security risk.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nairon GmbH, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts as determined by applicable law and any valid agreement between the parties.
