The dispatcher is already on the line
Someone waiting at the kerb and someone booking next week's airport run call at the same moment. One of them gets the engaged tone or voicemail.
For taxi, limousine and shuttle companies: the AI phone assistant takes rides booked for later, answers fares and service area, gives callers who need a car now your dispatch number and passes every request on to confirm.

Your dispatcher handles drivers, the radio and the phone at once. The calls that slip through are often the most valuable: rides booked days in advance.
Someone waiting at the kerb and someone booking next week's airport run call at the same moment. One of them gets the engaged tone or voicemail.
People plan the ride to a 6 a.m. flight in the evening, often outside office hours. A voicemail rarely gets returned in time, so they book someone else.
What does it cost to the airport, do you go to the next valley, is there a van for eight? Each answer is quick, but together they block the line.
Built on a template for taxi, limousine and shuttle services. It sorts rides now from rides later and takes every pre-booking down cleanly.
Every call starts by finding out whether the caller needs a car right away or wants to book a ride for later, so nobody waiting on the street is kept talking.
The assistant cannot send a car or see your fleet. Callers who need one immediately get your dispatch number; if none is set, it takes a message.
Date and time, pick-up address, destination, number of passengers and luggage. It reads the address and phone number back before ending the call.
Airport flat rates, base fares and surcharges are quoted exactly as you have recorded them. A fixed price you have not set is never promised.
Tells callers which towns and regions you serve and which vehicles you offer, such as a minibus for groups or a wheelchair-accessible van.
Visitors, business travelers and locals are answered in German, English, French or Italian, whichever they call in. Useful for airport and hotel runs.
One typical call from a passenger planning a ride, from the first ring to the callback that confirms it.
The assistant introduces itself as automated and asks whether the ride is needed now. If so, the caller gets your dispatch number straight away.
For a ride later it asks when, where to pick up, where to go and how many passengers are traveling, plus any luggage worth knowing about.
The pick-up address and phone number are repeated to the caller, so your driver goes to the right door and the office reaches the right person.
The request lands in the NAIRON dashboard with a summary and transcript, with an email for the callback. Your office calls back to confirm the ride.
Every call ends with the details your team needs – and the assistant never goes beyond what you have set up.
Each pre-booking arrives with everything your office needs to plan the ride and call the passenger back to confirm it.

A passenger who hears a promise expects a car at the door. So the assistant takes requests and never confirms what only your office can.
Start from a template built for your industry and make it yours step by step.
The “Taxi & ride services” template comes with the intake questions, guardrails and greeting already written.
Opening hours, services and prices, FAQs or your website – the assistant answers only from what you give it.
Keep your number and forward calls to NAIRON, or get a new one from us. Calls, summaries and requests land in your dashboard.

No. The assistant cannot see your fleet or dispatch a vehicle. When a caller needs a car immediately, it gives them your dispatch number for rides now. If you have not set one, it says it cannot send a car right now and takes a message for your team.
The assistant takes the request with date, time, pick-up address, destination, passengers and luggage, then tells the caller your office will call back to confirm. Your team sees the request with a summary and transcript in the NAIRON dashboard and gets an email for each callback. The assistant never confirms a booking itself.
Only the fares you have recorded, such as an airport flat rate, a base fare or a night surcharge. If a caller asks for a price you have not set, the assistant says so and offers a callback from your team. It never invents a fixed fare and never promises an arrival time.
The assistant understands and answers in German, English, French and Italian, and follows whichever language the caller uses. Tourists, business travelers and hotel guests can book a transfer in their own language without your office needing extra staff on the phone.
Start from the ready-made taxi and ride services template and add your dispatch number, the area you serve, your vehicles and your rates. Forward your existing number and it answers without a long IT project. Ride requests can also be written to HubSpot or Pipedrive, and the same agent can run as a voice widget on your website.
Let the AI phone assistant collect airport transfers and rides for later while your dispatcher looks after the cars that are already on the road.
